Job Description
Account Coordinator managing multiple deliverables and supporting enterprise clients in a remote LATAM position. Collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring project success through detailed coordination and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Support project planning between the Enterprise Success Manager, customer stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Manage calendars, schedule calls (via tools like Calendly and Google Calendar), and track milestones in project management systems (Asana).
- Hold internal and external stakeholders accountable to agreed-upon deadlines.
- QA customer templates before upload (check phone numbers, QR codes, formatting, etc.).
- Upload, edit, and organize templates in systems such as Canva, Google Drive, and similar platforms.
- Create design briefs and process documentation for customer campaigns.
- Manipulate customer-provided data in Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, column editing).
- Standardize customer files to match internal templates and export to CSV as needed.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, OpenAI, etc.) to assist with light data manipulation and formatting.
- Track stakeholder lists, communication plans, and campaign spend across brands.
- Maintain brand-specific content libraries and campaign assets in Google Drive.
- Document meeting takeaways and ensure tactical deliverables are followed through.
- Create trackers in Google Sheets/Docs to improve team visibility and customer accountability.
- Assist with campaign setup tasks, QA, and launch coordination.
- Become a power user of the LettrLabs platform, understanding how to set up campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and support customers directly inside the tool.
- Ensure all creative assets and data files are correct and ready for execution. Escalate blockers or inconsistencies quickly to the Enterprise Success Manager.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 years in account coordination, operations, or administrative support.
- Detail Orientation: Hyper-organized and detail-obsessed — able to spot inconsistencies quickly.
- Systems & Tools Expertise: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive,) Canva (for editing campaign materials/briefs), Project management systems (Asana), Scheduling tools (Calendly, Google Calendar), AI technologies (ChatGPT, OpenAI, other AI productivity tools)
- Communication: Proactive, clear communicator who flags risks early and over-communicates milestones.
- Excellent written and spoken English — you must be comfortable communicating directly with U.S. teammates and interpreting instructions without ambiguity.
- Customer-facing Ability: Comfortable engaging directly with enterprise customers to schedule calls, clarify requirements, and ensure accountability.
- Work Style: Thrives in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, highly organized, and able to manage multiple deliverables across accounts.
Benefits:
- Compensation: $2,000 per month (USD)

- This is a full-time role with 8-hour shifts, totaling approximately 40 hours per week.
- Candidates must be able to work standard USA business hours, Monday through Friday.
