Job Description

Solution Account Manager driving profitable growth in Energy & Process market across Nordic countries. Engaging new customers and executing strategic sales plans for Belden's network solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully driving profitable growth in the Energy & Process vertical market across Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway.
  • Developing robust account plans, identifying new business opportunities, and engaging with potential new customers and channel partners.
  • Winning projects through providing compelling data and network solutions that add significant value to our customers.
  • Making an impact by identifying opportunities to grow revenue with existing customers through robust account plans and cross-selling.
  • Expanding Belden’s presence in the Energy & Process sector by engaging directly with potential customers and channel partners.
  • Creating a comprehensive market landscape for the Energy & Process vertical in the specified regions, highlighting areas of potential success for Belden.
  • Developing and executing winning sales strategies, managing sales funnels, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Collaborating with Customer Innovation Centers to deliver compelling, solution-based proposals that generate demand and win projects.

Requirements:

  • Educational background: Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering or equivalent professional experience with a strong commercial focus.
  • Professional experience: Proven track record in sales within the Energy & Process sector, with specific expertise in data and network solutions.
  • International exposure: Experience in a medium-to-large international organization, working in a matrix environment and with cross-functional teams.
  • Agile mindset: Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and metric-driven environment.
  • Language proficiency: Fluency in English, both written and spoken and fluency in minimum one other local language.
