Job Description
Account Manager for CRM Solutions supporting B2B and B2C clients with Salesforce and Braze. Focused on client management, sales growth, and collaboration with marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Account Management for mid-market companies to enable service providers (e.g., IT system integrators) and software vendors to achieve profitable growth with our services, CRM tools for marketing and sales, and our managed services
- In addition to managing key accounts and existing customers, the primary focus is on acquiring additional, clearly defined target customers in the services sector, IT system integrators, and (SaaS) software vendors
- Close collaboration with Marketing to achieve maximum efficiency
- Use of cutting-edge marketing & sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo, Teamfluence, HubSpot, and Salesforce
- Methodologies such as ABM, MEDDICC and a lead-generation-focused Marketing and SDR team
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in selling licenses and services, or in consulting and customer support at a marketing agency
- Industry experience as a provider in the services sector, IT, or software vendor within the German mid-market (up to 4,000 employees)
- Proven sales track record in IT sales / sales of marketing services
- Systematic, process-oriented mindset
- Technical affinity for software tools and AI
- Consultative selling skills
- Confident judgment and expression – fluent in both German and English
- Nice to have: experience working with remote teams
- Presentation and public speaking experience
- Comfort in dealing with business owners, founders, and C-level executives
- Holistic sales approach integrating marketing & sales with modern methodologies
- Experience applying CRM, sales, and marketing processes
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.
- Knowledge of process automation and application of AI in sales & marketing
