Job Description

Regional Sales Manager to achieve sales goals for OEM business in LATAM. Responsible for direct selling and market share expansion while collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • meet or exceed sales goals in the assigned territory
  • conduct direct selling efforts, training and management on OEM and End Users
  • responsible for all aspects of the sales process including demand creation and pricing discussions
  • collaborate with marketing teams and improve operational efficiency
  • manage relationships with key accounts and expand market share

Requirements:

  • experience in sales, preferably in OEM and End User markets
  • ability to manage, protect, and expand business in LATAM
  • technical knowledge in high-voltage asset reliability and monitoring devices
  • collaboration with internal teams like manufacturing and engineering
  • strong relationship management skills
