Job Description
Account Manager for Personal Lines Client Care at a leading insurance brokerage. Supporting clients and building relationships while providing excellent customer service from a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Support existing clients with guidance and expertise
- Build strong client relationships
- Collaborate with teammates across the brokerage
- Provide professional advice for insurance needs
- Handle policy changes, renewals, and service requests
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager or CSR at an insurance brokerage
- Deep knowledge of Personal Lines products
- RIBO licence
