Job Description

Account Manager for Personal Lines Client Care at a leading insurance brokerage. Supporting clients and building relationships while providing excellent customer service from a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Support existing clients with guidance and expertise
  • Build strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with teammates across the brokerage
  • Provide professional advice for insurance needs
  • Handle policy changes, renewals, and service requests

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager or CSR at an insurance brokerage
  • Deep knowledge of Personal Lines products
  • RIBO licence
