Job Description

Account Coordinator supporting Senior Account Managers in a fully remote environment at a global creative branding agency. Responsible for client relationship management and driving sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Fostering and building Whitestone customers for life!
  • Supporting a dedicated Account Manager hit and exceeding sales targets
  • Cross selling accounts to grow relationships, exceed sales targets and help offer existing customers a flow of new ideas and solutions we offer
  • Following up regularly with leads and customers
  • Promoting companies products and services to prospective new buyers and current customers
  • Documenting activities in company CRM
  • Support Account Managers through a variety of sales activities

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of professional work experience required
  • Experience in the promotional products industry is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with strong, reliable internet access
