Job Description
Account Executive driving new business for Integris, a managed IT-services provider. Managing consultative sales cycles, technology proposals, and client acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities within a defined territory and vertical
- Develop and maintain a pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up
- Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand business challenges, technical requirements, and stakeholder priorities
- Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timing
- Develop and present proposals, ROI models, and solution overviews aligned with customer objectives
- Partner with Client Experience and internal teams to scope and price tailored technology solutions
- Own the sales process from initial contact through contract execution
- Track prospecting, opportunity, and sales activity in ConnectWise or other CRM platforms
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas and KPIs
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales reviews
- Study industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Preferably experience in the MSP, SaaS, or IT services sector
- Ability to identify, qualify, and close new-business opportunities
- Consultative sales approach
- Ability to understand complex technology solutions
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution
- Experience with ConnectWise or other CRM platforms
- Ability to meet sales quotas and KPIs related to pipeline growth, conversion rates, and client acquisition
