Job Description

Account Executive managing full-cycle SaaS sales at Hive, helping event marketers connect with audiences. Owning pipeline generation to close while collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and cold outreach to negotiation and close
  • Build and manage your pipeline in Salesforce with precision and accountability
  • Drive outbound activity daily - cold calling, personalized emails, video, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Run high-impact discovery calls and product demos that connect customer pain points to Hive’s solutions
  • Stay proactive and agile - prioritize effectively, adapt quickly, and execute with urgency
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Customer Success to continuously improve our GTM playbook
  • Forecast accurately and consistently hit (or exceed) your quota

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup or tech environment
  • A self-starter who doesn’t wait for leads - you take ownership of your pipeline and results
  • Competitive and goal-driven - motivated by hitting and exceeding targets
  • Confident communicator who builds trust fast and commands a room (or Zoom)
  • Resilient and resourceful - you find a way to win, even when things get tough
  • Curious, coachable, and always looking to sharpen your craft
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Bonus points for familiarity with event marketing, ticketing, or email/SMS marketing
