Job Description

Educational Sales Consultant at Cardinal Education handling inbound leads for tutoring and admissions. Offering educational support with a collaborative and dynamic approach in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the sales cycle for primary services (Tutoring, Test Prep, and Admissions)
  • Execute the current sales process and refine systems
  • Act as the initial guide for families
  • Cross-sell multiple services across client's journey

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in education sales, admissions counseling, EdTech, or adjacent industry
  • Excellent consultative closing skills
  • Comfortable working within CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Team collaboration mindset
