Job Description
Account Executive managing and selling Saas Payroll & HR product to UK and global customers. Engaging with clients and teams for optimal results in a global remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Sell our great Saas Payroll & HR product to UK and global customers
- Take ownership of your ENT accounts
- Manage the customer buying journey from beginning to end, providing guidance and expertise
- Develop a robust pipeline, team up and engage with your SDR and sales team, synergizing for optimal results
- Continuously refine and revamp sales approaches to stay ahead of the curve
- Ensure a seamless handover of deals to our delivery team post-closure, fostering a smooth transition for our valued customers
- Provide feedback to sales, marketing and product teams for continuous improvement
- Keep your eyes on the prize and meet & exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on sales experience in a Saas company selling ENT segment.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of selling HR tech solutions within the UK& I ENT segment (5000+ employees)
- Showcase expertise in selling SaaS payroll & HR solutions for in-house use
- Up to speed on the latest and greatest UK labour laws and legislation
- We are looking for a hunter with superb closing skills
- Go-getter and self-staring mentality
- You are committed to deliver top-notch customer service, turning clients into lifelong advocates
- Comfortable in the spotlights conducting engaging demos in a pre-sales context
- Thrive in a global remote team environment
- Located in the UK
