Job Description

Account Executive supporting North Carolina dealerships for Vitu’s vehicle titling and registration platform. Providing client training, regulatory guidance, troubleshooting, reporting, and relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Vitu clients
  • Provide training, consultation, and support on state regulations and practices related to vehicle titling and registration
  • Act as client advocate for all products and services
  • Deliver white-glove customer service to dealers
  • Respond promptly to phone calls and emails
  • Resolve problems and troubleshoot issues
  • Identify and communicate client needs proactively
  • Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
  • Escalate and report issues with ownership and follow-up
  • Provide continual and follow-up training as needed
  • Provide backup phone coverage during business hours and rotational after-hours support
  • Perform proactive reporting and issue analysis
  • Complete end-of-month financial reporting
  • Conduct monthly volume reviews
  • Review and act on utilization dashboards
  • Ensure state compliance in related areas
  • Manage administrative duties delegated by DMV
  • Support clients throughout North Carolina

Requirements:

  • DMV OR Dealership Title & Registration experience
  • Excellent communication, retention, and training skills
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are a must
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with various DMS systems used by Vitu clients
  • Clean driving record and current State driver’s license required
  • Knowledge of State regulations pertaining to registration processing
  • Experience with Chrome and Firefox configuration and settings
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite
  • Ability to effectively communicate with high-level Executives
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Overall happy and positive attitude
  • Travel required up to 150 miles, 4–5 days a week
  • Account management in a business-to-business environment preferred
