Job Description
Account Executive selling Explorance feedback analytics SaaS to higher education organizations. Managing prospecting, demonstrations, negotiations, and full-cycle sales across London and the region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory and account plans
- Drive outbound prospecting through cold calls, networking, and inbound leads
- Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Conduct virtual and live product demonstrations
- Negotiate multi-year agreements and close sales across short and complex sales cycles
- Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to assess needs and tailor solutions
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals using a solution-oriented sales approach
- Develop product knowledge and monitor industry trends, client needs, and competitive insights
- Represent Explorance at marketing events, webinars, and trade shows
- Manage the full sales cycle for new SaaS accounts in the higher education sector
- Deepen client relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Requirements:
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a successful track record achieving or exceeding sales quota
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute measurable territory sales plans
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach in a fast-paced environment
- Strong account management skills and experience developing executive-level relationships
- BA/BSc degree or equivalent
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region
- Experience with feedback and measurement solutions in the higher education sector is nice to have
- Experience in a dynamic, challenging, growing start-up environment is nice to have
- Solid understanding of web, enterprise, and SaaS technologies is nice to have
