Job Description
Account Executive growing Blue Mantis technology sales through prospecting, territory management, and client relationships. Meeting sales objectives while coordinating technical, project management, and support resources.
Responsibilities:
- Grow, develop, prospect, and maintain business within the Blue Mantis customer profile.
- Meet monthly and annual sales objectives.
- Work to meet or exceed monthly sales goals and objectives.
- Administer territory activities, including accounts receivable, RMAs, and order entry.
- Attend and participate in monthly territory reviews with sales management.
- Close new business opportunities within core competencies.
- Develop, implement, and review territory and account plans.
- Update sales funnels and forecasts.
- Effectively utilize Project Management, Solutions Architects, Technical Support, and Sales Management resources.
- Conduct effective business reviews with clients.
- Establish and maintain vendor relations.
- Travel to key accounts as required.
- Attend industry events and participate in selected task groups.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Proven history/track record of successful lead generation pipeline of prospects to active customer.
- Ability to qualify customer opportunities based on business, technical and decision making requirements.
- Proficiency in Blue Mantis systems, policies and procedures.
- Industry-specific knowledge acquired through mandatory/optional training.
- Ability to prospect within the customer profile and follow up on leads through campaigns and territory growth.
- Professional presentation and organizational skills.
- Excellent PC and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain technical proficiency with Blue Mantis core competencies.
- Maintain sales certifications as required.
- Ability to establish and maintain vendor relations.
- Ability to travel to key accounts as required.
- Ability to attend industry events and participate in selected task groups.
