Job Description

Account Manager driving Crop Care sales and managing customer insights across the US and Canada. Collaborating with teams to introduce new products and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver business objectives for territory and accounts
  • Drive new product introduction to meet sales targets
  • Gather customer insights for strategy and product launches
  • Coordinate project activities with customers
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting
  • Manage customer product quality and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a BS degree
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • At least 5 years of sales/marketing experience
  • Industry knowledge of the Crop Care and seed coating sector
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Experience in new product development
