Job Description
Account Manager with OneLocal handling client growth for local businesses in a remote-first environment. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure success and platform utilization.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of 100+ local businesses, taking full ownership of their success and maintaining a targeted net retention rate.
- Regularly lead performance reviews with clients to demonstrate the value of the OneLocal suite, analyze ROI, and align our solutions with their evolving business goals.
- Work within a high-performance ecosystem, partnering with Account Executives, Implementation Specialists, Digital Marketing Experts, and Marketing Strategists to ensure seamless handoffs and expert execution.
- Act as a proactive problem-solver by identifying potential churn risks or technical hurdles early, ensuring every client reaches their desired outcome.
- Go above and beyond to ensure clients are fully leveraging the OneLocal platform, turning local business owners into long-term brand advocates.
Requirements:
- 2 or more years of experience as a Client Success Manager or Account Manager within a SaaS organization, Marketing Agency, or Tech Startup.
- Experience working with a high volume of clients; previous experience working with small and medium businesses (SMBs) is a strong asset.
- A dedication to putting our customers' best interests first and doing whatever it takes to help them succeed with our solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build deep rapport and long-term partnerships with clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, quickly adapt to changing timelines or priorities, and confidently question the status quo.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills, a high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce.
