Job Description

Amazon Account Manager owning Hadley Designs’ multi-million-dollar Amazon catalog. Driving pricing, advertising, relaunches, inventory, and net-profit growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of a multi-million dollar group of products on Amazon as product manager, merchandiser, and CEO of the catalog
  • Report to the leader of the Amazon channel and work as part of a small, high-performing Amazon team
  • Learn the Hadley Designs brand, expectations, catalog group, standards, and SOPs
  • Own catalog performance, including revenue, net profit, pricing, advertising, and inventory
  • Analyze competitive merchandising, listings, imagery, and pricing and respond strategically
  • Find inspiration on Etsy, TikTok, Pinterest, and wider trends and turn it into product and format ideas
  • Lead product and format relaunches
  • Improve product presentation, including main images, packaging, and format
  • Elevate the Amazon brand experience to protect margin and earn a higher price
  • Use advertising, listings, experiments, and inventory planning with the supply chain team to grow profit
  • Build AI workflows for routine work
  • Provide clear weekly reporting on results, risks, and next moves
  • Within the first 90 days, learn the brand and competitive landscape, own weekly numbers, make margin-protecting judgment calls, advance product ideas, initiate a relaunch, and improve at least one process

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience owning a product line or catalog on Amazon, in e-commerce, or in marketplaces, end to end as a business
  • A strong visual eye, and you see what wins on the page, not only in the data
  • You read competitors and markets and can explain your reasoning, not just the answer
  • You find ideas outside Amazon and know how to turn a trend into a product or format
  • You know the tactics that grow net profit and you have protected margin and price
  • Deep, hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon advertising
  • AI capability, a CRM and documented SOPs; daily AI use is required
  • Very organized and buttoned up, and you follow through until the job is done
  • Clear, confident spoken and written English
  • Coachable and quick to learn our way, and confident enough to challenge it
  • Completion of a Culture Index assessment and a case study before interviews

Benefits:

  • Own a multi-million dollar Amazon catalog with a team that's got the tools and trust to help you scale
  • Join a high-growth crew that lives for innovation, data, and collective wins
  • Remote full-time work with a flexible schedule
  • Regular interaction with leadership, including the CEO
  • Personal development and autonomy over your time
  • An established company, 10+ years strong, ready to soar higher with you onboard
  • Every candidate completes a Culture Index assessment and a case study before interviews
