Job Description
Account Manager role at 3M specializing in industrial grinding products sales. Collaborating with global team and managing key client relationships to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- 推广、介绍并销售指定范围的研磨产品,通过演示展示产品的主要特性和优势,以实现符合工业研磨事业部运营计划的销售目标。
- 不断提升对产品范围的了解,包括竞争对手的产品以及区域内的关键客户。
- 收集客户及行业产品及应用信息 , 报告任何可能影响未来业务的重大变化。
- 识别并清晰了解指定的关键客户,包括管理与关键联系人之间的关系,以及开发新业务 , 在客户端开展研磨产品测试 , 技术交流 seminar 。
- 建立关系并管理分销商、关键客户和最终用户。
- 更新 CRM 系统中的销售拜访记录、销售机会以及账户和区域内的活动。
- 培训部门经销商的内部和外部销售人员。
- 不断学习和提升与市场、产品、应用、销售及行政技能相关的能力。
Requirements:
- 本科或以上学历, 高分子材料或化学相关专业优先。
- 在全球化公司有 2-3 年的销售经验。
- 英语书面及口语流利 .
- 具工业研磨产品的销售经验,或在工业销售领域有成功的业务开发和维护记录。
- 拥有管理多个产品线和销售区域的经验。
- 熟练使用 CRM 系统管理销售区域数据。
- 熟悉并能熟练使用微软办公软件。
