Job Description

Concierge Account Manager managing relationships and optimizing store performance for creators and studios. Handling operations and ensuring compliance for a global product development company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and optimize store performance
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations on the platform
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned creators and studios
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including metadata organization and compliance documentation
  • Develop and implement content strategies to optimize visibility, engagement, and revenue
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and insights
  • Ensure all client content adheres to platform guidelines
  • Work closely with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in account management, client support, content operations, or a related role is a plus
