Job Description
Account Manager responsible for SecurePIM sales and client relationship development for government. Managing key accounts and supporting new customer projects within Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Build long-term customer relationships with governmental authorities for our Federal / Public Safety segment
- Responsible for the sales of SecurePIM and new app products
- Advise our customers, prospects and sales partners
- Identify and develop new opportunities
- Manage relationships with contacts at both specialist and management levels
- Manage all activities related to our key accounts
- Execute sales activities and perform forecasting in Salesforce
- Manage existing framework agreements and coordinate fulfillment partners
- Close collaboration with Professional Services, Marketing and Product Management
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent
- Several years' experience in direct sales of complex, consultative software products
- Experience selling to federal or state government customers
- Experience selling software or IT solutions, ideally in the security or mobile workplace space
- Excellent communication skills and a highly reliable, professional manner
- Willingness to travel
- Business-fluent German and English (spoken and written)
