Job Description

Account Manager growing revenue and retention across Accruent’s strategic North American SaaS accounts. Advising customers using built-environment, facilities, and asset-management software.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned strategic customers
  • Conduct regular account reviews to understand customer goals, challenges, and growth opportunities
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers
  • Advocate for customer needs across product, service, and support teams
  • Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities for SaaS solutions, licensed software, and professional services
  • Own and achieve assigned quota and revenue targets while managing the sales pipeline
  • Demonstrate the value of additional software modules, features, and services
  • Navigate procurement processes, contract negotiations, renewals, pricing, and licensing models
  • Support customer satisfaction, engagement, churn reduction, and long-term retention
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Product, Marketing, Professional Services, Solution Engineering, Legal, and Finance teams
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline data, and CRM records
  • Report on account health, revenue performance, and growth opportunities
  • Track customer buying behavior and communicate customer feedback and feature requests to Product Management
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, emerging technologies, and relevant best practices

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, enterprise sales, or customer success within B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • Proven success managing large, complex customer relationships with recurring revenue models
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and retention targets
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to navigate complex procurement processes
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and influencing internal stakeholders
  • Background in asset management, facilities, operations, or real estate-focused software a plus
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales motions and strategic account planning
  • Experience with Salesforce or other leading CRM platforms
