Job Description
Account Manager at J2 Interactive managing strategic client relationships and healthcare IT projects. Ensuring compliance and driving delivery of technology solutions in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic client relationships for cross-functional healthcare IT projects
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients with domain expertise
- Coordinate the deployments of EHRs, HIEs, interoperability solutions, and digital health platforms
- Ensure alignment with HIPAA and regulatory compliance standards
- Drive timely delivery of secure, scalable, and patient-centered technology solutions
- Grow strong client and partner relationships through regular communication
- Manage clients' expectations, schedules, scope, and deliverables
- Work to define, scope and document statements of work that accurately plan project work effort
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare working at a team lead, project and/or account manager level, preferably in a consulting environment
- Demonstrated track record in managing large teams and strategic client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to speak to all levels within an organization, including C Suite
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Preference will be given to candidates who have any of the following:
- Subject-matter expertise in clinical data integration, healthcare interoperability and health system workflows
- Direct experience with InterSystems technology
- Existing relationships and contacts within the healthcare industry
