Job Description

Home-Based Account Manager managing key corporate accounts and building long-term client relationships in the promotional products industry. Supporting a growing U.S.-based client work from home in Philippine time.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow key corporate accounts
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Send Product Presentations/Proposals/Quotes
  • Source Product from Preferred Suppliers
  • Record Victories
  • Ask for referrals
  • Initiate Social Media Connections
  • Send Virtual Samples
  • Order Spec Samples
  • Create a touch calendar for all accounts
  • Respond to all customer project requests on the same day
  • Attend all Supplier Lunch and Learn meetings
  • Follow all required CRM procedures to record/save all customer correspondence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field
  • 1-3 years of Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, or direct promo sales experience
  • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
  • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
  • Proficient with various promotional industry-specific software (i.e., Sage, ESP, CommonSku, Syncore)
  • Proficient with the Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail, etc.)
  • Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal
