Job Description
Account Manager developing and maintaining customer relationships in logistics sector. Collaborating with sales teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction across Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain existing customer relationships
- Acquire new customers and systematically expand sales opportunities
- Advise customers and sell our services, including preparing quotes and negotiating contracts
- Independently plan and execute sales activities
- Work closely with inside sales and customer support
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through competent account management and after-sales support
Requirements:
- Completed commercial/business training and experience in field sales
- Experience in logistics, ideally in land transport
- Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel 60–70%
- Friendly, open, and confident demeanor
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style
- Good written and spoken English is mandatory; additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are an advantage but not required
- Solid MS Office skills
- Class B driving license (car)
