Job Description

Lead prospecting and strategic account management for IT clients. Build commercial processes, manage the sales funnel, and collaborate with technical and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and management of strategic clients, ensuring continuous growth of the portfolio.
  • Development of the commercial department: create a commercial area with its strategies and processes.
  • Development of commercial strategies, identifying market opportunities and trends.
  • Management of the sales funnel, from prospecting to contract closing.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships, acting as a consultant and business partner.
  • Preparation and presentation of commercial proposals aligned with client needs.
  • Contract negotiation and closing new business, ensuring profitability and customer retention.
  • Monitoring sales KPIs and commercial performance, optimizing processes to achieve targets.
  • Collaboration with technical and marketing teams to ensure synergy and generate qualified demand.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales in the technology sector (IT, Cloud, SaaS, Infrastructure, Security, or related areas).
  • High-level negotiation skills and strategic account management experience.
  • Knowledge of prospecting strategies, sales funnel management, and CRM.
  • Analytical and strategic profile, able to identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal relationship, and sales presentation skills.
  • Autonomy and discipline to work in a 100% remote model.
