Job Description

Account Manager overseeing and expanding business client accounts in digital marketing. Ensuring client satisfaction and success with services related to SEO, SMM, and PPC advertising.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage their accounts, handling any updates, changes, or inquiries that may arise.
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement or growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and to better understand their needs and goals.
  • Communicate regularly with clients through phone calls, emails, and meetings, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, design, and content creation, to ensure client projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Regularly analyze and report on client's digital marketing performance, including metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Provide recommendations for optimization and improvement based on these insights.
  • Work to retain clients by ensuring their satisfaction with the company's services and addressing any potential issues before they escalate.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products that could benefit clients' business goals.
  • Effectively present company services to clients and prospects using tools such as PowerPoint or Google Slides, while maintaining a professional presence on camera.
  • Be open to participating in special projects or cross-functional initiatives that support team goals, operational improvements, or strategic company objectives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years minimum of Account Management experience, in an SEO or Marketing Agency setting.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales-based position within a metrics driven organization.
  • A College Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or other related field is a big plus.
