Job Description
Account Manager responsible for promoting and selling Axis solutions while building partnerships. Role involves education and collaboration with a diverse Spanish sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Axis solutions and products
- Build a strong partner landscape in various Business Segments
- Educate current and potential partners via partner meetings, site surveys, seminars, trainings, webinars, and events
- Collaborate with the sales team to create the best sales process
- Identify and manage strategic partners
- Develop a business plan for the responsible area
- Cooperate with marketing and sales teams to develop business
- Participate in trade shows and other promotional activities
- Coach and train customers on new tools/solutions
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration/Engineering
- 5+ years in the role of sales
- Good understanding of 2 tier sales model
- Strong account management and team-building skills
- Proven ability to build strategic and trusted relationships
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience in the IT industry
- Knowledge of the physical or cyber security market will be an advantage
- Fluency in Spanish
- Good understanding in English
