Job Description
Advertising Account Manager at Hopper managing campaign execution and optimization for advertiser partnerships. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and improve advertiser success.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact and build strong, trusted relationships with advertisers
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including onboarding, setup, optimization, and reporting
- Monitor performance and proactively recommend optimizations to improve outcomes
- Deliver clear, compelling insights and post-campaign reporting tied to advertiser KPIs
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities based on performance, seasonality, and advertiser goals
- Partner with Account Executives to support renewals, expansions, and strategic planning
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Analytics, Product, and Ad Operations to ensure campaign success
- Build strong, trusted relationships with advertisers
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, client success, or media operations
- Strong understanding of digital performance metrics and campaign optimization
- Experience managing multiple advertiser accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working with data and turning insights into clear client recommendations
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
- Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Familiarity with commerce-driven media platforms
- Experience working with agencies or supporting enterprise advertisers
- Familiarity with CRM systems and campaign management tools
