Job Description
Private Client Insurance Relationship Manager advising EPIC Brokers’ private clients. Managing renewals, coverage opportunities, carrier relationships, and client service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service, professional advice, and advocacy to private clients
- Become a trusted advisor to private clients
- Collaborate with Private Client Relationship Managers, Account Managers, Private Client Associates, Private Client Advisors, and leadership
- Participate in thought leadership as the private client practice grows and optimizes
- Mentor and provide leadership to Private Client Associates
- Develop professional relationships with carriers
- Manage renewal activity from start to close
- Deliver complete and accurate renewal reviews according to agency guidelines
- Identify sales opportunities through account rounding and additional coverage
- Own customer concerns and feedback through completion
- Remarket accounts according to agency guidelines or producer/insured requests
- Assist with prospective-client discussions and onboarding new clients
- Manage projects and additional responsibilities as directed by leadership
- Comply with internal procedures and meet performance and quality standards
Requirements:
- P&C Insurance License required
- 5+ years of client management experience
- Working knowledge of computers and relevant software applications, including MS Office and Outlook
- Sagitta (ATS) and ImageRight experience preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to avoid E&O situations
- Ability to respond to inquiries with a sense of urgency
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects

- Ability to keep information confidential
