Job Description

Account Manager guiding client relationships, budgets, and online marketing campaigns at Etna Interactive, a medical marketing agency. Developing strategies, reporting performance, and coordinating creative and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate client relationships and partner with internal teams to build and present creative ideas and strategies
  • Manage and guide client relationships and online marketing with a consultative approach
  • Develop project scopes and marketing briefs, assist in developing strategy, secure strategy approval, and manage achievement of goals and objectives
  • Manage client budgets and creative approvals
  • Lead management and reporting of success metrics, internal tracking documents, and quarterly client reports
  • Partner with Project Management, Marketing, Creative, Development, and other internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects, tactics, and campaigns
  • Manage and secure client approvals of scopes of work, project estimates, and invoices; update status and revise project scopes as needed
  • Interpret client requests, technical requirements, and data to write effective tickets and scopes of work and communicate needs and expectations with clients
  • Analyze data and account performance and report to clients monthly
  • Build and present client-facing seasonal marketing plans
  • Present new marketing opportunities and recommended technical upgrades to clients
  • Provide day-to-day communication to clients

Requirements:

  • Candidates must live in California, Colorado, Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, or Washington
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of agency or client-based account management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Technology or related field preferred
  • Demonstrated strategic, consultative, and analytical management approach with a focus on building partnerships with clients
  • Ability to manage day-to-day relationships with multiple clients
  • Knowledge and experience in online marketing and advertising practices
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards
  • A collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
  • Budget development and oversight experience
  • Strong emotional intelligence (EQ), self-driven, and able to manage own book of business
  • Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Willingness to complete an at-home skills assessment if selected
