Job Description

Boeing Marquee Account Manager at 3M collaborating on solutions for Boeing's commercial and defense sectors. Engaging in strategic planning, sales operations, and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage across the Boeing global enterprise to align 3M capabilities and solutions with the unique needs of their commercial, defense and global services organizations
  • Provide decision-making and operational/strategic planning to generate and execute the overall growth strategy
  • Organize, and direct all sales operations activities and policies across a global commercial and technical team
  • Drive collaboration and technical execution to build a robust pipeline of opportunities aligned to customer needs and roadmaps

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Eight (8) years experience in business or engineering working with large business partners in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Current, valid Driver’s License
  • Master's degree in business or engineering from an accredited institution (preferred)
  • Ten (10) years experience in business or engineering working with large business partners in a private, public, government or military environment (preferred)
  • Five (5) years of aerospace and defense experience in a private, public, government or military environment (preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience leading strategic planning and sales operations with proven impact on business growth
  • Strong ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration and technical execution to build and sustain a robust opportunity pipeline
