Job Description
Account Manager responsible for the growth of global ecommerce merchants at Reach. Building strategic relationships and driving revenue growth across teams worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of ecommerce merchants
- Build strategic, long-term client relationships
- Drive organic revenue growth and retention
- Partner cross-functionally to solve merchant challenges
- Advocate for clients internally and surface product insights
Requirements:
- 5+ years in account management or merchant success (ecommerce, FinTech, or payments)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience working with global clients or distributed teams
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
