Job Description

Account Manager at Revalize, selling PLM and CPQ software solutions while managing customer relationships. Requires B2B sales experience and proficiency in German and English.

Responsibilities:

  • Consulting and selling PLM and CPQ software
  • Managing, growing and developing existing accounts
  • Identifying customer requirements
  • Presenting tailored solutions
  • Organizing demos
  • Full sales cycle management
  • Identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
  • Maintaining sales projects and customer data in the currently used CRM
  • Actively using additional IT tools to support sales
  • Controlling and monitoring the sales pipeline
  • Leveraging AI and automation tools strategically to improve workflows

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in B2B sales of complex solutions — ideally in the software industry
  • Native-level German and very good English
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fast learner with a strong solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability and willingness to work independently
  • Enjoy on-site customer contact (travel up to 30%)
