Job Description
Influencer Relations Manager managing creator campaigns for Flexion’s mobile gaming marketing agency. Negotiating sponsorships and coordinating content across YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and TikTok.
Responsibilities:
- Manage standard influencer marketing campaign processes, including creator list finalization, contract negotiation, content scheduling, and delivery tracking
- Negotiate deals and secure terms with mid-tier creators and talent representatives to achieve favorable terms and optimize budgets
- Serve as the primary internal contact for Account Managers regarding day-to-day execution status of assigned campaigns
- Conduct quality checks and provide direct feedback on outreach lists and initial research prepared by Working Students
- Independently troubleshoot operational issues and campaign delays before escalating to the Team Lead
- Maintain detailed, real-time records of campaign progress, assets, and budget usage in the internal management system
- Collaborate with top brands and creators to drive innovative campaigns across leading social platforms
Requirements:
- Familiarity with key digital platforms (specifically YouTube), as well as creator communities and audience demographics across North America and Europe
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and TikTok
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with influencers
- Proven track record of successfully executing influencer marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results
