Job Description
Account Representative educating U.S. working families about programs and benefits through virtual presentations. Building client relationships, guiding enrollment, and pursuing performance-based career growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual appointments and presentations with clients
- Build and maintain professional client relationships
- Ask questions to understand individual needs and priorities
- Educate clients about available programs and benefits
- Present options clearly and professionally
- Guide clients through the enrollment process
- Follow up with clients and provide ongoing service
- Work toward individual and team goals
- Participate in training, coaching, and professional development
Requirements:
- Confident and comfortable communicating with others
- Professional and personable
- Motivated by goals and personal achievement
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable speaking with people virtually
- Interested in developing professionally
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, recruiting, education, or management can be valuable, but training is provided
