Job Description

Ad Operations Coordinator managing the lifecycle of broadcast spots for Lead Surge. Ensuring precision quality control and seamless communication between media strategy and client satisfaction with remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end ordering process for all slotted media
  • Conduct rigorous quality checks on TV and radio creative
  • Act as primary point of contact for external production house
  • Partner with the copyediting team to review monthly client offers
  • Nurture professional relationships by providing proactive updates

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years in ad operations, media production, or high-volume project management role
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM/DAM environments
  • Comfortable toggling between Mac and Microsoft Office ecosystems
  • Ability to stay organized and composed while managing tight deadlines and high-volume output
