Job Description

Revenue Operations Manager optimizing acquisition, billing, onboarding, and retention for 1-800Accountant, which provides affordable tax and accounting services. Forecasting revenue, standardizing GTM metrics, improving funnels, and modeling incentive compensation.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage revenue forecasting by lead types across new business acquisition with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Training, and Partnerships
  • Build and use lead velocity, conversion-rate, and pipeline-health models
  • Use AI, Databricks, and advanced analytics to monitor marketing conversion, sales, renewal, and collections performance
  • Provide real-time performance outputs to managers for accountability, action, and improvement
  • Define, standardize, and maintain core go-to-market revenue metrics across departments
  • Develop operational models for reporting, monitoring, managing, and training for performance improvement
  • Improve lead scoring quality, lead attribution, and SLA enforcement with Sales
  • Audit and streamline workflows between Sales, Collections, Billing, and fulfillment
  • Optimize representative and team performance through training operationalization, lead distribution, and pipeline management
  • Lead modeling, design, rollout, and administration of incentive compensation plans
  • Analyze the financial and operational impact of quota changes, SPIFs, and commission structures using AI and predictive modeling

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 46+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Call Center operations
  • Experience ideally within industries serving small business clients
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional go-to-market projects across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
  • Advanced Salesforce CRM knowledge
  • Expert proficiency in business intelligence applications and Microsoft Excel
  • SQL knowledge is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, sales engagement tools, and incentive compensation management software
  • Ability to translate complex datasets into strategic, high-impact business recommendations
  • Ability to build alignment between executive leadership, Sales, Marketing, and Finance
  • Methodical approach to identifying operational bottlenecks and engineering scalable solutions
