Job Description
Administrative Assistant providing support for multiple business entities at Ultra Concepts Group. Focused on communications, scheduling, and coordination of services across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support across multiple business entities
- Manage communications, coordinating services, and supporting internal teams
- Maintain organized records and assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Prepare reports, summaries, and correspondence as required
- Coordinate services and requests between departments and external providers
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize across multiple responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
