Job Description

Administrative Assistant providing support for multiple business entities at Ultra Concepts Group. Focused on communications, scheduling, and coordination of services across teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across multiple business entities
  • Manage communications, coordinating services, and supporting internal teams
  • Maintain organized records and assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and correspondence as required
  • Coordinate services and requests between departments and external providers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize across multiple responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
