Job Description

Administrative Assistant supporting North American operations from Serbia during 2nd shift hours, providing vital administrative and marketing support.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual appointments
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation
  • Perform data entry, update CRM systems, and maintain accurate records
  • Support various internal teams with ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Assist with creating and scheduling content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Help draft email campaigns and newsletters
  • Conduct market research and gather data to support marketing strategies
  • Update website content as needed
  • Respond to emails and inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Liaise with internal team members across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate virtual events or webinars

Requirements:

  • Located in Serbia (or nearby) and able to work 2nd shift hours to align with North American business time
  • Strong English communication skills, (business/professional level)
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative or marketing support
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and social media platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
