Job Description

Bilingual Administrative Assistant in remote work supporting daily tasks and communication for the team. Managing billing and documents with effective coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain digital files and folders.
  • Prepare, review, and translate documents in French and English.
  • Process and distribute emails according to the recipient's language.
  • Provide administrative support to the Regional Director.
  • Handle client billing and manage credits and debits.

Requirements:
