Job Description
Administrative Assistant managing back-office operations including communication and scheduling for a growing U.S. home services business. Requires strong English proficiency and detail-oriented skills to support a remote organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage email communication, customer text-based messaging, and scheduling coordination inside Jobber
- Handle customer communication primarily via email and text messaging
- Manage inbox daily as a top priority
- Coordinate and update schedules in Jobber
- Assign field teams to jobs inside the CRM
- Send proactive customer updates via email or text
- Track key operational information and maintain clean, accurate records
- Support general administrative and organizational tasks as needed
Requirements:
- C1 English level required
- Strong written English for customer service via email and text
- Customer service experience (written communication is sufficient)
- Comfortable with scheduling coordination and operational admin tasks
- Detail-oriented handling of schedules, hours tracking, and CRM data
