Job Description
AI-first Sales Enablement Operator managing conversion engines for Storm Ideas, an entertainment agency focused on AI-driven strategies. Responsible for building and refining AI-based sales processes.
Responsibilities:
- Build and run Storm's conversion engine as an AI-first system
- Maintain proof and claims libraries
- Create and maintain pitch and proposal modules
- Draft and produce case studies and pitches
- Own RFP and procurement readiness
- Coordinate with account managers and delivery teams
Requirements:
- Strong structuring and writing ability
- An eye for how commercial materials should look
- Experience in sales enablement, proposal or bid work, agency or consultancy marketing
- Genuine command of AI tools
- Evidence of AI-assisted workflows and template systems
- Practical understanding of prompt and agent configuration
- Comfort working with senior people and tight deadlines
