Job Description
Business Development Specialist handling B2B outbound sales calls for commercial cleaning services. Responsible for qualifying prospects and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound B2B sales calls
- Qualify prospects and schedule sales appointments
- Research and identify businesses that fit our target market
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reports
- Meet daily activity targets (80–100 calls/emails per day)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven success in B2B outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a pleasant, friendly tone and convincing delivery.
- A warm, persuasive, and pleasant personality.
- Experienced in using CRM systems.
- Maintains professionalism and a client-focused mindset during interactions.
- Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
- Able to work independently, manage time well, and meet targets.
- Must be open to feedback and teamwork.
- Must have a noise-canceling headset, PC/laptop with Intel Core i5 or better, and reliable internet.
- Must have access to a quiet, distraction-free space for efficient work.
- Available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
- High school diploma, college degree preferred. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
