Job Description
Associate Director of Growth Marketing driving customer acquisition through paid channels for Jerry.ai. Working closely with the VP of Growth and executive team to implement strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and own channel performance from end to end
- Analyze and monitor campaign performance
- Conceive and execute innovative experiments
- Allocate and manage budget for each campaign
- Strategize the full-funnel marketing road map
- Lead new channel expansion with innovation
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in digital performance marketing
- 2+ years of hands-on ownership of paid search and google channels
- 2+ years of strategic consulting background
- Strong quantitative analytical ability
- Proven ability to design and execute experiments
- Deep technical acumen of paid growth ecosystem
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
