Job Description
Field-based marketing professional responsible for collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders at Sobi. Engaging with stakeholders to shape beliefs around chronic refractory gout while ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Fostering effective bidirectional communication between customers and the organization
- Supporting current brand initiatives and identifying future strategic opportunities
- Engaging stakeholders while collecting, synthesizing, and presenting key insights to guide strategic decision-making
- Ensuring all interactions adhere to commercial compliance, legal, and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech field sales, marketing, or medical roles, or clinical experience in a related therapeutic area
- Minimum 5 years of Rheumatology experience and recent experience with infusible medicines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence, enabling exceptional relationship-building.
- Proven ability to assemble and lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects and competing priorities, and execute strategic and tactical plans under tight timelines.
- Strong understanding of and demonstrated compliance with laws, regulations, and rules governing the pharmaceutical industry, including but not limited to FDA regulations and PhRMA Code.
- Willingness to travel ~75% domestically (limited international travel possible) and proximity to a major airport required. Valid driver’s license necessary.
