Job Description
Associate Product Manager at Elephant Insurance helping to shape core insurance products and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet market needs and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Help shape and enhance our core insurance product
- Collaborate directly with project management and cross-functional teams including operations and IT
- Conduct market and competitive analyses
- Leverage business analytics and cost-benefit analyses to drive decisions
- Actively manage backlogs and roadmaps
- Translate customer feedback into actionable improvements
- Help define and launch new features
- Track their impact using relevant performance metrics
- Seek opportunities for continuous enhancement.
- Champion the voice of the customer and share insights
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong intellectual curiosity with the ability to independently research unfamiliar concepts or tools
- Experience or comfort using modern productivity and AI tools with sound critical judgment
- Ability to thoughtfully interpret, question, and apply insights from Cost-Benefit Analyses (CBAs) and business cases
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across teams
- Analytical mindset and openness to learning in a fast-paced, strategic environment
- Self-starter attitude with a bias for action and achieving results
