Job Description
Associate VP leading HR technology solutions and strategic IT initiatives for Humana, a U.S. healthcare and insurance company. Driving stakeholder enablement and enterprise process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Devise an effective strategy for executing and delivering IT business initiatives
- Apply an in-depth understanding of how organizational capabilities interrelate across segments and/or enterprise-wide
- Act as a liaison between business and functional stakeholders
- Identify and deliver strategic enablement solutions
- Coordinate intradepartmental activities
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with Segment or Business strategy
- Drive business outcomes within the scope of management
Requirements:
- Master's Degree
- 10 or more years of technical experience
- 8 or more years of management experience
- Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes
- 10+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts
- Experience evaluating existing systems and implementing process improvements
- Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for home or hybrid employees
- Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
