Job Description

HR Field Manager supporting Aspen Dental, a national dental healthcare support organization. Guiding field leaders through performance management, talent development, compliance, and change management.

Responsibilities:

  • Support execution of the HR People Strategy and people processes aligned with Aspen Dental initiatives and objectives
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to mid-level managers, including coaching, counseling, career development and disciplinary activities
  • Partner with Practice Support Center COEs to provide seamless support and timely responses to field People needs
  • Serve as the HR subject matter expert for Operations field leadership
  • Partner with Field Operations to execute key strategic people initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with Operations leadership and Practice Owners
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Field Operations across the employee lifecycle
  • Participate in evaluating and monitoring training programs
  • Guide field employees on People Operations, Total Rewards and other HR COE matters
  • Provide guidance on HR compliance and policy questions and partner with Employee Relations to resolve concerns
  • Utilize HR trends to drive business results
  • Support the Talent Review process and build a leadership bench for future growth
  • Provide change management expertise for evolving business needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development or Organizational Development, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, employment law and people practices
  • Strong understanding of people leadership, talent development and performance management
  • Strong business acumen with an ability to participate in business discussions
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders on organizational strategic priorities
  • Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience with influencing and communicating to a variety of leaders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suites
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within designated Division
