Job Description
Oracle Cloud HCM consultant leading Core HR implementations for Argano’s digital consultancy. Configuring solutions, managing module tracks, and advising enterprise clients.
Responsibilities:
- Align clients' existing business processes and procedures with validated HCM Cloud methods
- Apply functional expertise with technical consulting teams to implement business-aligned Oracle Cloud solutions
- Lead client workshops to formulate functional business requirements
- Identify requirement and design gaps and develop aligned solutions
- Configure Oracle Cloud environments and document application setup
- Advise clients on options, risks, and impacts to other processes or systems
- Manage the module track, scope, client expectations, risks, and project team members throughout the project lifecycle
- Coach and provide feedback on design, configuration, and documentation
- Lead and support clients through test-script execution
- Participate in internal forums for training, teamwork, issue resolution, and innovative design
- Drive innovative Oracle Cloud product solutions
- Mentor Associate and Senior consultants
- Lead multiple complex projects and contribute thought leadership, business development, strategic vision, and executive-level client engagement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.
- Minimum of four (4) full life cycle, hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations within your module of expertise
- Module-specific experience in Core HR, or Recruiting and Journeys, is required
- Related industry and consulting experience with competing product sets (Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP, etc.) will also be considered
- Oracle certification in your module of expertise
- Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Cloud implementation methodology
- Strong grasp of client data movement to external systems and upstream/downstream impacts
- Proven ability to manage and deliver large-scale projects
- Strong planning and prioritization skills
- Skilled at managing communication with senior client stakeholders
- Proven track record of building long-lasting client relationships
- Willingness to share skills, knowledge, and expertise with Associate and Senior consultants
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on Oracle Cloud trends and releases
- Proficient in English written and verbal communications
- Exceptional complex project management skills
