Job Description
AVP/Vice President role focused on Revenue Cycle Management at IKS Health. Collaborating with health systems for performance enhancement and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identifies opportunities for financial, operational, and delivery performance enhancement.
- Spearheads the successful implementation of our product and service suite with new and existing clients, driving exceptional business and financial outcomes through RCM transformation.
- Partner closely with our technology teams to deploy & implement our suite of products/workflow engines to drive best operational outcomes.
- Analyze business metrics trends, potential issues & escalations, client feedback & business strategy.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in ambulatory or acute operations management and management consulting or advisory services.
- 5+ years of revenue cycle experience, including Patient Access and Billing.
- Proven record of accomplishment in managing large-scale parallel transitions.
- Expertise in leading revenue cycle assessments, system implementations, and operations.
- Expertise in revenue workflow optimization and/or performance improvement.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
- Master’s degree in business or healthcare, such as MBA, MHA, or MPH.
