  • Create visibility, accountability, and operating discipline across the team.
  • Lead daily huddles and keep the team focused on the highest-priority outcomes.
  • Coordinate communication across departments so everyone is aligned on what matters most.
  • Follow up consistently to ensure execution is happening, not just discussion.
  • Resolve internal friction, remove blockers, and keep momentum high.
  • Drive a high-output culture and ensure the team is performing at a strong level under your management and governance.
  • Help the founder maintain clarity, structure, accountability, and execution discipline across the business.
  • Keep a close check on whether the brand is moving in the right direction and growing.
  • Monitor whether the marketing team is performing well and meeting agreed KPIs.
  • Escalate misses early, drive follow-through, and make sure growth-critical priorities are not ignored.
  • Help lead AI implementation across departments and identify practical use cases that improve productivity, output, speed, and quality.
  • Support teams in adopting new tools, workflows, and ways of working as the business becomes increasingly AI-enabled.
  • Stay current on relevant AI tools and applications so the brand remains ahead of the curve operationally.
  • Support building the new product pipeline and help move initiatives from planning into structured execution.
  • Coordinate with external partners and specialists involved in product development and launch readiness.
  • Post jobs, conduct interviews, and hire contractors or consultants as needed for launches, including regulatory specialists, patent or legal partners, industrial designers, graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and UGC creators.
  • Manage timelines, communication, and delivery with contractors and consultants.
  • Coordinate packaging design workflows and make sure assets, revisions, and approvals move efficiently.
  • Organize testing, feedback collection, revisions, and next steps for samples.
  • Ensure products are launch-ready by tracking details, approvals, documentation, and execution across all moving parts.
  • Coordinate photographers, videographers, and other creative vendors needed for launch execution.
  • Make sure all required details, assets, packaging, documents, and approvals are in place before launch.
  • Hold a high standard for detail and completeness so launches are not delayed by preventable issues.

Requirements:

  • Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused.
  • Highly productive and able to raise the output of the people around you.
  • Strong at building systems, managing moving parts, and keeping people accountable.
  • Exceptionally good at getting stuff done.
  • Highly self-motivated — batteries included.
  • Open to learning new skills, taking on new tasks, and adapting quickly in an agile environment.
  • A genuine learner who is curious, coachable, and continually improving.
  • Clear, direct, and confident in communication.
  • Good at conflict resolution and cross-functional coordination.
  • Calm under pressure and able to handle fast-paced environments without losing attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working closely with a founder and helping translate vision into execution.
  • Excited by AI and willing to help lead implementation across the business.
  • Detail-oriented enough to catch issues early and practical enough to solve them quickly.
  • At least 3 years of experience in operations, project management, program management, brand operations, or a similar cross-functional role.
  • Experience in a D2C brand, e-commerce business, skincare, beauty, wellness, or consumer product company is strongly preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Notion, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar.
